Refund policy

Please read our refund & exchange policy carefully for a successful , fun shopping experience
 
1- Delivery person will deliver the product to the customer house as per agreement. They will wait till customer check and try the product and approve it  
2- Payment will be done immediately either via Instapay or COD  
3- To be eligible for any exchange or refund, the piece must be in the same condition the customer received it , new unworn and not damaged  
3- Customers can return or refund their purchase maximum 3  days after they receive it and they can contact us via mobile, whatsapp , email  or Instagram direct message 
4- Basic tops / Soiree or cocktail pieces are  non refundable nor exchangeable for hygienic purposes. 
5- Once we receive your request, please allow us 2 working days for processing. 
6-Exchanges and refunds are issued within 2 to 3 working days of the request approval date. 
7- Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired item is unavailable, payment will be credited accordingly. 
8- The brand does not cover shipping fees for exchange or refund requests unless it’s due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 
9- Each product is entitled to one exchange or refund process. 
10- Discounted & On sale items are non refundable، Only exchange with same item.
